Transportation Dispatcher- Fuel/ Petroleum - Day & Night shifts

J.H. Seale & Son, Inc. is looking for experienced Dispatchers, with experience in the fuel industry, for day shift (7A-7P) and night shift (7P-7A) to work in Atlanta. We are a large fuel transporter and distributor operating in Southeast US. Responsibilities and Duties 12-hour shift, 4 on, 4 off schedule Manage customers' inventories via computer Acknowledge orders, provide accurate delivery windows based on current workload and workforce schedule deliveries, build loads, with focus on costs, priorities and logistics Utilize computer system to dispatch loads in the proper order Communicate directly with customers and drivers Create ongoing detailed notes and reports of all activity during shift Assist drivers with billing and ELD system Qualifications and Skills At least 6 mos petroleum (fuel) transportation dispatching experience. Familiar with dispatching vehicles in the metro Atlanta area. Excellent computer skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new apps Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Team player with strong self-motivation and drive Able to work efficiently and effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional Benefits JH Seale offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
