Dispatcher- Delivery Service Partner

Breez Global Group is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Dispatchers plan, direct, and coordinate the transportation operations within our organization or the activities of organizations that provide transportation services. Must have excellent communication skills and a strong command of his/her language to ensure leaders in the field understand their instructions. Candidate must also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations and fast-paced environments. Superior organizational skills are required. Approximate hours vary. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions:

1) Meeting and/or exceeding targets set i.e. DPMO, route coverage, and all compliance criteria. 2) Identifying opportunities, developing strategies, presenting recommendations and implementing programs that will enhance operations. This includes but not limited to: process improvements, technology implementation, and training of all fields. 3) Ensuring operational strategy, practices and initiative are aligned with the company's business objectives. 4) Building an organizational culture that has a high sense of urgency, safety, and structure throughout the organization. 5) Human resources and accounting team working closely with operations to align expectations and resources. 6) Effectively communicating the vision across each team. 7) Responsible for overall safety initiatives across multiple sites. 8) Direct involvement with dispatching, routing, and the transport of vehicles. 9) Direct involvement with staff to ensure the work is consistent Amazon's requirements 10) Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer and/or employee complaints. 11) Implement schedule and policy practices at each location. 12) Attend weekly Business Reviews with Amazon. 13) Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets. 14) Negotiate and authorize contracts for assets. 15) Completion of all reporting through Google doc
