We're on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Day Dispatcher to join our non-emergency team in Fayetteville. You'll be the key connection between our field crews and the people who need support. It's all about smart coordination, clear decision-making, and keeping operations smooth from morning to evening.
What You'll Do:
Handle incoming non-emergency calls with professionalism and clarity Accurately record call details and update digital logs Use radio, phone, and computer systems to dispatch crews where needed Track field unit routes and locations to prioritize effectively Stay organized and calm when juggling multiple requests Provide quick solutions or forward important information to the right teams
We're Looking For:
Dependable and alert during daytime hours Comfortable using basic computer systems and dispatch tools Strong verbal communication skills, both on the phone and over radio Team player with a proactive attitude High attention to detail and able to multitask efficiently
