Full-Time We are currently seeking an internal candidate to fill a Front Window Dispatcher position within the Dispatch department. This role is essential to daily operations and plays a key part in coordinating service, supporting operators, and ensuring on-time performance across routes. Position Overview The Front Window Dispatcher is responsible for managing and supporting daily dispatch operations, including: Coordinating and distributing routes Monitoring and adjusting service throughout the day for efficiency and accuracy Communicating with operators via phone and radio Supporting drivers with route issues, directions, and real-time needs Tracking attendance, callouts, and schedule compliance Preparing and distributing required daily reports Handling incidents and documenting activity appropriately This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and consistent, professional communication. Training & Schedule Expectations Selected candidates must be available to complete a 6-week rotating training schedule: Weeks 1-2: Morning Shift (3:15 AM

• 10:00 AM) Weeks 3-4: Mid-Day Shift (9:00 AM
• 4:00 PM) Weeks 5-6: Closing Shift (5:00 PM
• 1:30 AM) Post-training shifts will be assigned based on operational needs and may include:

Mid-Day Shift:

10:00 AM

• 6:00

PM Mid-Day Shift:

9:00 AM

• 4:00

PM Closing Shift:

7:00 PM

• 3:30 AM Weekend availability is required with no exceptions.

Candidates must be flexible and able to work across shifts as needed.
