Job Function:
Responsible for answering inbound calls, maintain service schedules, dispatch HVAC Service Technicians, Plumbers, and Electricians. Outbound calling for maintenance plan renewal and other initiatives. Clear communications with other departments and conduct other administrative reporting/data entry as required. Aggressive pay plan based on experience and qualifications!
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer customer emergency and non-emergency calls Provide a world class service experience to customers Schedule calls based on technician availability and call priority Manage dispatch board for two days out to best schedule technician productivity Dispatch one call at a time to each technician Communicate with technicians regarding status of traffic and parts status. Communicate with customers regarding call status Update customer data files as appropriate Outbound calls to customer to confirm calls Outbound calls to offer specials, renew service contracts, schedule prepaid maintenance and follow-up with customer Happy Calls". Other office functions as requested
Requirements:
Background as a CSR or DSR in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical business a plus! Proficient in software applications "ServiceTitan" knowledge a Plus! Excellent communication skills Excellent listener with ability to offer sound judgment Excellent typing and data entry skills Organized capable of managing multiple requests in fast paced environment Excellent Verbal Communication Skills Positive Attitude - "Can Do" mentality Problem solving skills Reliable Transportation & Dependable Work Ethic High School diploma
