  • 21/hour (based on previous experience) We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher (WITH
NAVIS EXPERIENCE
) to join our Over-the-Road/Brokerage Division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, transportation industry knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements:
Previous dispatching experience required Experience using NAVIS (port operating system) required Strong customer and vendor communication skills Professional phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Understanding of truck weights and transportation regulations
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch over-the-road shipments Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and port personnel Track loads and ensure on-time delivery Manage transportation documentation and scheduling Maintain accurate records and updates in NAVIS and Excel Provide excellent customer service while resolving transportation issues If you have dispatching experience and NAVIS knowledge , we'd love to hear from you!
