The Dispatcher plays a critical role in maintaining smooth operations. Duties Coordinate and schedule vehicle pick ups using transportation management systems such as Towbook and Samsara GPS. Utilize Towbook and Samsara GPS tools to optimize routing and transportation planning. Manage dispatching activities for fleet vehicles, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Proficiency in data entry, typing skills, and multi-line phone systems. Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills and phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and documentation.
