Join Casey's growing Support Services team as a Dispatch Supervisor! The Dispatch Supervisor for Support Services will provide direction and support to team members, as well as communicate and coordinate with other functional areas to resolve any issues that may arise during execution of daily store support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for hiring, training, salary administration, performance management and corrective actions for direct reports. Collaborate with team members on career development and goal setting. Oversee dispatch process and provide assistance to Maintenance Coordinators as needed. Initiate all Supplier onboarding through Coupa. Investigate and correct invoices with issues for Accounts Payable. Change alarm codes as requested for stores with a Bosch system. Review and enter IS360 Work Orders. Run Service Reports as needed. Oversee the hiring of subcontractors in emergency situations, assisting the Maintenance Coordinator if needed. Point of contact for issues escalated from Maintenance Coordinator as well as finding a contractor on the weekends. Create schedule for direct reports ensuring proper coverage and managing unexpected callouts. Provide timely communication of critical events that need to be considered and/or addressed by Management. Perform other duties as assigned. What you can expect when you join the

Compensation:
Starting pay range:‏‏‎ ‎$64,500 - $84,600.‏‏‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least three years of work-related experience required. Strong knowledge of logistics and procedures. Prior experience in a dispatch role is required. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to identify problems, analyze and evaluate information to determine solutions in a timely manner. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines. Ability to motivate, develop and provide constructive feedback to employees as needed. Ability to train others required. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
Preferred:
Prior management experience. Knowledge of maintenance industry.
