Full Job Description About Us:
Lightning Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and fast-paced PM Admin / Dispatcher to join our growing transportation and logistics team. This position plays a critical role in nightly operations by supporting dispatch, route management, driver communication, paperwork processing, and dock coordination.
Responsibilities:
Monitor nightly transportation operations and dispatch activity. Print and prepare route paperwork in company systems. Complete and verify TVIS routing tasks. Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and issues Update truck numbers, route information, and driver assignments. Process delivery scans and ensure route completion accuracy. Monitor dock activity and freight staging. Send nightly operational and customer reports. Assist with issue resolution involving freight, routing, or scanning. Verify paperwork completion and compliance documentation. Maintain communication with management and operations staff throughout shift.
Preferred Experience:
Transportation or logistics experience preferred. Dispatch or route management experience is a plus. Experience with TVIS, NuVizz, Geotab, and Microsoft Office preferred but not required. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization.
Schedule:
Night Shift. Weekends as needed. Holidays as needed
