Position Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to help keep our service operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll coordinate daily schedules for service technicians, ensuring customers receive timely, professional support. You'll serve as the communication link between our technicians, call center, and service team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction throughout the day.

Pay:

$19.00/HR +

What You'll Do:

Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently to meet customer needs. Monitor technicians' progress and make real-time adjustments as needed. Communicate updates and potential delays to customers and internal teams. Support the call center and service departments to maintain smooth daily operations. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling issues to keep workloads balanced.

What You Bring:

Strong communication and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior dispatching or service coordination experience preferred. A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
