RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating service advisors frequently Explain all completed work and charges to customers Properly assigning repair orders to appropriate technicians Confirming Part availability and status Track technician progress on repairs for scheduling timelines Help increase shop production and efficiency. Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner if needed
