Job Description
Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Dispatch Specialist to join our Admixtures team. In this role, you will coordinate dispatch activities for Admixture and Grinding Aid sales orders across the U.S. region, working closely with MAPEI sites, transportation providers, operations, customer service, and production teams. This position plays a key role in supporting on-time deliveries, efficient routing, DOT compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule dispatch of sales orders across multiple sites, ensuring product availability, driver/equipment alignment, and efficient delivery routing in compliance with DOT requirements. Review open order reports and partner with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, and transportation providers to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries. Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners on delivery status, delays, and changing customer requirements. Manage dispatch activities in D365, including order tracking, documentation, and electronic ticketing workflows to support timely billing. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance dispatch efficiency, resource utilization, and overall customer satisfaction. Provide support during urgent situations (e.g., breakdowns, schedule changes), including occasional after-hours coordination as needed. Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures. Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. What's in it for you In this role you will earn a competitive annual base salary between $50,000 - $60,000 based on your experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of 3 years of dispatching, logistics, transportation coordination, or related experience preferred. Working knowledge of DOT/safety regulations strongly preferred. Experience using ERP systems required; D365 experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate dispatch and delivery information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
