This energetic position involves coordinating logistics, supporting client and customer interactions, and maintaining accurate data records. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a well-organized transportation network, this opportunity is perfect for you! Hours are 6 am to 2:30 Pm Tuesday through Saturday. On call rotation once every 4 weeks with additional pay Responsibilities Assist with preparing and coordinating transportation routes for Motorcoach drivers to optimize efficiency and meet client needs. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring clear communication and positive experiences. Handle outbound calling to drivers, follow up on trip requirements, and gather necessary information from clients. Maintain comprehensive records of transportation activities, including documentation of client interactions and operational updates. Use Microsoft Office tools and other computer software to prepare reports, update databases, and track key performance indicators. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to address inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist Lead dispatcher in trip assignments, reviewing trip details to ensure accuracy and communicate with drivers on upcoming trips. Assist operations with break downs or mechanic issues Booking driver hotel rooms Providing driver information to customers 24 hours in advance Ensure all drivers have accepted trips and are familiar with what they are doing Assist in daily operational task Assist in safety related function for DOT compliance Help develop training material On call rotation for after hours emergency calls once every 5 weeks. Skills Required class B CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsement Knowledge of DOT hours of service High level of geographical knowledge Proven experience in customer support, call center environments, or client services roles. Skilled in data entry, typing, and analysis to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for daily operations. Experience with outbound calling campaigns or telecommunication-based for driver engagement. Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and optimizing transportation workflows.
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
