Full-Time An established service provider is seeking a Plumbing Dispatcher to join its fast-paced team. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, coordinating service calls, and maintaining effective communication across field and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch plumbing service technicians efficiently and accurately Manage same-day and scheduled calls, including emergency response Track work orders, parts, and technician availability Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers Support billing, quoting, and follow-up processes as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of dispatching experience in plumbing or related service trades Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized under pressure Familiar with service dispatch software or job tracking systems Must be based locally and available for in-office work This is a full-time role offering long-term stability, clear expectations, and a supportive team environment focused on delivering reliable service and efficient scheduling.
