The Dispatcher coordinates the daily delivery of durable medical equipment as well as other home care related equipment, to specific points of delivery in a coordinated timely manner, and efficiently manages the service technician vehicle fleets.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have experience in the Dispatch industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is helpful but not required. Must be able to work mandatory overtime. Must be available to work some weekends as required.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Prioritizes and coordinates ETA's for the daily deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, maintenance or changes in delivery service for Service Technicians. Communicates to all Service Technicians regarding any changes to routes. Confirms completion of all deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, maintenance or changes in service at the end-of-day for Service Technicians in computer system.
