Secretary / Dispatcher

Secretary / Dispatcher Blue Star Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Secretary / Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Schedule HVAC service calls, installations, and appointments Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily job schedules Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and service status Maintain customer records, invoices, and office documentation Assist with data entry, emails, and general administrative duties Support office operations and help keep workflow organized Qualifications Previous office, receptionist, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional HVAC or service industry experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Part-time or Full Time Friendly team environment Opportunity for growth within the company
