This dynamic role involves managing tire service dispatch operations and assisting with service billing to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless workflow efficiency. What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls and accurately document essential information Address inquiries and issues, coordinating with relevant departments or field units for prompt resolution Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system efficiently Utilize phone or computer systems to dispatch crews and field units to designated locations Assess and prioritize calls based on urgency to ensure timely responses Monitor field unit routes and schedules to optimize daily operations Maintain and update call logs, records, and other essential documentation Perform additional duties as assigned to support dispatch operations

What You Need:
