Mayflower Cruises & Tours, a national tour company located in Lisle, IL and a division of Scenic, USA is looking to hire experienced Dispatchers . Do you love travel and adventure? Do you have excellent communication and organizational skills? If so, you might be the perfect candidate to Dispatch at Mayflower Cruises and Tours. As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with transportation arrangements, ensuring that they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will also liaise with our partners, passengers, and staff and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. Role & Responsibilities:
Able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, late nights/early mornings, and weekends Data entry utilizing excel and in-house systems Deliver exceptional guest experience Knowledge of
IL, IN, WI
