Job Description
Position Summary The Dispatcher is responsible for answering inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently throughout the day. You will play a key role in keeping technicians productive, reducing downtime, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and collect accurate service details Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments using ServiceTitan Dispatch technicians based on availability, skill set, location, and job priority Manage same-day and emergency plumbing service requests Monitor technician routes, job status, and arrival times Communicate schedule changes and updates with technicians in real time Maintain accurate job notes, customer records, and appointment logs Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer servicePreferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher ServiceTitan experience Background in home services, plumbing, or HVAC Strong multitasking and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment Ability to handle multiple phone lines and scheduling systems Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Minimum one year of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination. Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills. Advanced communication and customer service skills. Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Environmental conditions:
General office environment.Physical requirements:
Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Must have sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software and communications equipment. Ability to work under stressful conditions. Must be able to work extended hours.Pay:
