Job Description

Hello! I am in search of a bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter/Dispatcher to add to my team. Shift and hours. Work 8+hours (depending on the workload that day) Monday - Friday 8am-4pm+ Please note: We also need flexibility, and occasional overtime/weekends.
Job Summary:
The Recruiter/Dispatcher will implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for clients. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the deployment of temporary staff to various client locations while ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs. Collaborate with the hiring managers) to identify and draft detailed and accurate job duties and hiring criteria. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Maintain a database of candidates. Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates. Provide ongoing communication and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates. Schedule and dispatch temporary workers based on client needs, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to appropriate roles. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and temporary staff, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff assignments, forms, and client orders in the dispatch system. Handle any staffing-related issues that arise quickly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Assist with reporting workers' compensation claims, injury reports, paperwork, follow-up calls, etc. Assist clients with worker issues that require disciplinary action, performance improvement, etc. Build and nurture professional relationships with clients, understanding their unique workforce needs and preferences. Ensure all dispatching processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/ Abilities:
Bilingual English/Spanish Good verbal and written communication skills (phone, email). Good interpersonal skills. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for various roles. Competent in using recruitment software and job boards. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed. Travel to client locations as needed.
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in dispatching staffing or customer service roles preferred. High School Education or GED preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
