Dispatch / supervisor.

SUNDAY - THURSDAY

Commercial Transport is currently seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule at our Indianapolis Terminal. Primary Job Responsibilities will include but be limited to the following:

• Coordinating drivers and equipment to cover loads efficiently
• Monitoring the on-time departures and arrivals of all weekend deliveries
• Monitor the pre-loading operations of bulk trailer fleet
• Monitor the drivers' hours of service on Omnitracs E Logs system
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other company employees
• Coordinate equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
• Promote safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Data entry of the daily load and driver information
• Perform all other duties assigned
• Candidates must possess the following qualities:
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
• Knowledge of HOS rules set forth by DOT
• Ability to use satellite tracking to manage fleet of trucks
• Proficient computer skills, including the use of MS Office Applications

$55,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
