$45K - $55

Our client is a stable, well-established transportation company specializing in time-sensitive, food-grade liquid logistics across North America. What you'll be doing: Manage a high-volume driver board (25+ drivers) Dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes Serve as the main point of contact for drivers Monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery and utilization Partner with internal teams to maintain efficient operations What you'll need: Recent truckload dispatch experience in a high-volume environment Ability to manage 25+ drivers with accuracy and efficiency Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in specialized freight (tanker, hazmat, etc.) preferred AS400 experience is a plus What's in it for you: Competitive base salary Full benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k) PTO and holidays Long-term stability with a reputable organization
