The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with transportation management systems and freight logistics. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate the movement of goods and services, including scheduling and dispatching trucks, drivers, and other resources.
• Utilize transportation management systems and fleet management tools to optimize routes and schedules.
• Monitor and adjust routes in real-time to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications

• Experience with dispatching and fleet management.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize routes and schedules.
