Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will efficiently manage multi-line phone systems, coordinate dispatching tasks, and support office operations with your strong organizational skills. Your positive attitude and excellent communication abilities will help foster a supportive atmosphere while maintaining smooth daily workflows. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a positive first impression Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate dispatching activities for field staff or service teams Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Jobber Maintain organized filing systems, process incoming correspondence, and proofread documents for accuracy Support office management by assisting with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Skills Proven experience at a front desk or in office dispatching roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and computer literacy across Microsoft Office Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience Ability to perform data entry accurately with typing skills; familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting scheduling needs Join our team to be the friendly face of our growing business! Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
