Job Description
Dispatcher Premier Concrete Products is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays a key role in coordinating deliveries, supporting sales operations, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, drivers, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Learn product line and shipping processes for concrete materials Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pickups, and routes Provide support to sales team and assist customers with orders Process purchase orders, invoicing, and credits Provide support to our lead dispatcher as back up to dispatch Communicate clear instructions on routes, pickups, and deliveries Assist with front counter sales Qualifications Reliable transportation to and from the facility Strong organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must pass a background check and drug screening Dispatching or logistics experience is a plus (not required)
