Job Description
Receives/logs maintenance calls and requests, assigns work, inputs data, files, prepares reports, develops schedules, and controls inventory access.
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Must have a good working knowledge of computer operations/programs, filing systems and report procedures.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must be computer literate and efficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word or related software, such as Maximo. Requires effective communication and telephone skills. Excellent oral and written skills preferred. Strong organizational skills required.
