Warehouse Dispatch Supervisor - Natchitoches, LA

An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential duties: Collecting products from the warehouse and safely loading onto trucks and vice versa Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return Helping keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse Answering calls, monitor emails, troubleshoot shipment issues, compile drivers' paperwork, and ensure customers are serviced in a timely manner Plan schedules and dispatch drivers, monitor routes, and proactively plan to avoid delays Coordinate with customers and drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries Coordinate logistics of daily workload for drivers.
