We are a growing logistics and transportation support company founded on the principles of hard work, honesty, and value to others. We operate with the drive and commitment to help our clients exceed their customers' expectations.

$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday -
Friday Shift:
Overnight shift, open to discussion
Responsibilities:
Prepare the daily dispatch schedule for drivers and equipment\ Schedule and dispatch vehicles into and out of loading docks and facilities Use radio, telephone, or computer systems to transmit assignments Schedule backhauls when appropriate and provide inbound receiving reports Build and update inbound and outbound orders in the dispatch program Respond promptly to driver inquiries regarding breakdowns, directions, or product discrepancies Monitor drivers' hours to help prevent DOT violations Adjust delivery and backhaul assignments to accommodate late trucks or operational changes Follow attendance policies and report to work on time and ready for the assigned shift Perform other duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred At least 1 year of related work experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Strong customer service skills Effective communication skills with drivers, team members, and management Strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate and respond professionally to feedback and direction Must have a reliable way to get to work on time daily
