Position Title Roofing Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator Location Arlington, MA (In-Office) Employment Type Full-Time Position Summary RB Farina Roofing Co. is seeking an organized, customer-focused Roofing Dispatcher to coordinate roofing crews, schedule inspections and service appointments, communicate with customers, and ensure projects move efficiently from initial contact through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule roofing inspections, estimates, repairs, and replacement projects. Dispatch crews and subcontractors to job sites. Coordinate daily schedules with production managers, sales staff, and field supervisors. Maintain communication with homeowners regarding appointment times, project updates, and weather-related changes. Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed. Enter and maintain customer information in CRM and scheduling software. Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally. Track permits, inspections, and project milestones. Ensure accurate job notes and crew assignments are recorded daily. Support management with reporting and operational coordination. Qualifications Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or construction office experience preferred. Roofing, construction, or home services industry experience is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software experience preferred. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing schedules. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus.
