Job Description

  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our service dept. team, the candidate will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching our technicians daily. The ideal candidate will possess some background in HVAC and have a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving.
  • Duties:
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent system failures and reduce downtime.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies and materials as needed.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
  • Proficiency with data entry software, dispatching electronically to technician field tablets, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analyze dept. operations
  • Shipping and receiving assistance, parts ordering
