About the Role The Securitas Alarm Dispatcher is an essential part of our security operations, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. In this role, you will: Monitor and evaluate security alarms and emergency signals Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording Coordinate emergency dispatch and communicate with field officers, clients, and public safety agencies Conduct incident reporting, analysis, and remote alarm panel programming Maintain situational awareness and follow established protocols to ensure accurate, timely responses This position requires strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Legal right to work in the United States Reliable communication and transportation Ability to speak, read, and write English Successful completion of pre-employment screening (drug test, background check) Preferred Experience Prior security or related experience is a plus Knowledge of security operations and procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing environments Why Join Us Our Alarm Dispatcher roles are highly sought after.
