Job Description
Laureyns United, the Berkshire's largest, family owned and operated HVAC company is looking for a Service Dispatcher. We offer a very generous benefit package with health insurance, dental insurance of which the company pays up to 90% of your premium as well as basic life insurance and, short term/long term disability insurance 100% paid by the company after completion of a probation period. Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate/schedule service calls for technicians Determine service calls priority level and schedule accordingly Follow up on all service calls to ensure that a return trip is scheduled if needed Collaborate with fellow dispatcher to keep the technicians scheduled consistently throughout the day Work with the Service Manager to help resolve any customer issues Work with the Purchasing Manager to ensure all needed parts are ordered and correct
