This requires high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Monitor real-time trips and ensure on-time performance Track incoming and outgoing flights Respond to client calls, texts, and emails during overnight hours Communicate updates to chauffeurs and reassign trips as needed Enter new reservations and confirm booking details Handle urgent issues (delays, route changes, breakdowns) with calm problem-solving Prepare morning handoff notes for the daytime dispatch team Maintain accuracy of schedules, vehicle assignments, and driver logs Qualifications Prior dispatch, logistics, call center, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone, text, email) Excellent multitasking and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused during time-sensitive situations Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Tech-savvy; comfortable with dispatching systems and Google Workspace Transportation/limousine industry experience is a plus but not required Must be able to work overnight hours consistently
