DSP Dispatcher

Pay Rate - $23.50/hour

What You'll Do:

As a dispatcher you will be responsible to streamline dispatch operations to enhance efficiency and delivery performance and safety. Update the policies for employees to motivate and retain top talent and Manage day-to-day business operations, including DA routes, scheduling, and time management. Optimize fixed and variable costs such as insurance, telecommunications, fuel, and other operational expenses. Develop and implement robust company policies to ensure safety, training and vehicle maintenance updates. Provide daily and weekly operational reports to senior management. Manage relationships with key vendors, including those for accounting, hiring, and other essential services. Cultivate a vibrant and motivating company culture that promotes growth and employee satisfaction.

Dispatcher Basic requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have Valid Driving license Eligible to work in the U.S Must be available to work on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week. Proven experience in operations and financial management, ideally within the logistics or related sectors. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.. Must be able to move boxes up to 70 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
