Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; occasional weekends or evenings as needed

K&R Towing LLC is a reputable towing and roadside assistance provider serving the Howard County area and surrounding communities. We are committed to delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Towing Dispatcher to join our team and ensure efficient coordination of our towing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming service requests via phone, and dispatch software Dispatch tow trucks to customer locations promptly and efficiently Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have all necessary information and resources for each service call Communicate with customers to provide estimated arrival times and updates on service progress Releasing impounds to customers Assist with route planning to optimize driver efficiency and response times Monitor and manage the location and status of tow truck operators using GPS and dispatch software Compile and maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and service requests
Qualifications:
Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficiency in using Towbook and GPS systems Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations Familiarity with the Maryland area and surrounding regions is a plus How to
