Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation logistics. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the movement of drivers and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule pick up and drop offs.
• Utilize GPS and fleet management systems to track vehicles and optimize routes
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Analyze transportation data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

Skills:

• Proficiency in logistics and transportation management
• Experience with dispatching software such as Tripmaster.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize routes and schedules
