We are seeking a highly organized Part-Time HVAC Dispatcher to support our residential HVAC service operations out of Sanford, FL. This role plays a key part in coordinating technician schedules, routing calls, and supporting customer appointment flow throughout the day. What We Offer Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Insurance available after 31 days for qualifying employees Low-cost medical plans available Dental, vision, HSA/FSA 401(k) with company match Clean office environment with strong team culture Career growth opportunities within a national service network Flexible scheduling options Responsibilities As a HVAC Dispatcher, you will: Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system Communicate with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates and routing changes Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues Maintain accurate scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations. Qualifications What You Need Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments preferred Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred) Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Familiarity with local geography and routing preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Flexible availability based on business needs and scheduling options Must pass background check and drug screening This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
