Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing operation! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
Answer passenger calls and schedule reservations with professionalism and care Use computerized dispatch software to efficiently coordinate routes and services Communicate clearly and positively with drivers and team members Operate a handheld radio to ensure smooth, real-time communication Play a key role in keeping our transportation services running safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude Comfort with computers and learning dispatch software Ability to stay calm, organized, and clear under pressure Commitment to safety and professionalism This is a safety-sensitive position and requires successful completion of a background check and pre-employment/random USDOT drug and alcohol screenings.
