  4 Nights On / 4 Nights Off Rotation | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• On-site position - not remote Martin Transportation Systems (MTS) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Night Shift Dispatcher to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and communicates well with drivers and internal teams. As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate CDL-A drivers on dedicated just-in-time (JIT)routes supporting automotive manufacturing. Your work helps ensure freight moves safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What You'll Do Dispatch and manage CDL-A drivers on dedicated round-trip loads Coordinate timely pickup and delivery to vendors and automotive assembly plants Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal dispatch teams Utilize dispatch and tracking systems (including satellite tracking and TMW software) Promote driver safety and ensure compliance with company policies Track shipments and update transportation management systems Evaluate driver performance and operational efficiency What We're Looking For Strong communication and computer skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Prior transportation or dispatch experience preferred Experience with TMW or dispatch software a plus Experience with Samsara a plus Bilingual Spanish is a plus Schedule 4 Nights On / 4 Nights Off rotation 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Why Join Martin Transportation Systems? $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
