What You'll Do Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the day Take incoming calls and respond to operational needs in real time Assign drivers and manage daily load planning Route and map freight efficiently Minimize deadhead and maximize productivity Track shipments and proactively update customers Manage and update customer portals Monitor email alerts and respond promptly What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience (required) Previous driving experience (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication with both drivers and customers Strong computer skills (data entry is a key part of the role) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Experience with McLeod software is a major plus (but not required) Experience with Samsara software is a plus (but not required) Compensation & Benefits Salary based on experience and is open for discussion Negotiations starting at $52,000 medical insurance, 401K, short and long term disability, life insurance Stable compensation with long-term career potential Why Join Our Team Family-oriented culture where people have each other's backs Team-driven environment Growing company with opportunities for advancement Leadership that is present, supportive, and invested in your success If you're looking for a place where your experience matters, your voice is heard and where you can grow with the company, then we'd like to connect.
