Are you looking to gain experience in a professional environment? Are you interested in a role that positively impacts local communities? Then our family-owned, 24/7 Monitoring Center is the fit for you! Duties include but not limited to: Effectively and efficiently monitor alarm signals and follow protocols to resolve the alarm signal. Contact customer and proper emergency authorities when applicable. Properly document all responses to alarms and follow all established rules. Process customer account changes. Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls and log information from customers. Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess:

High School diploma or GED. Experience in working customers in person or over the phone. Strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of basic computer functions and ability to type 35 WPM accurately.
