You'll be responsible for capturing every lead, outbound calling to re-engage past customers, finding new customers, and helping to ensure our technicians are sent to the right jobs at the right time. This energetic role requires a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing schedules, dispatching technicians, and optimizing logistics to deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Take inbound calls and turn inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Data Integrity:
Log every lead and interaction into our CRM with 100% accuracy—if it isn't in the system, it didn't happen!
Outbound Outreach:
Actively call existing customers for maintenance reminders, follow-ups, and seasonal promotions to keep the pipeline full.
Customer Advocacy:
Solve problems on the fly and ensure every homeowner feels like they're our only customer.
Precision Dispatching Support:
Assist the team with managing technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize "empty" drive time.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 11 am - 8 pm, and rotating remote Saturday schedule of 8 am - 4pm with other CSRs. Skills Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan , GPS navigation tools, transportation management systems (TMS), and service dispatch processes Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for interacting with customers and team members Fast typing skills combined with experience using multi-line phone systems for efficient call handling Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent analysis skills for route optimization and operational efficiency improvements This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our service operations—driving sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
