Job Description
Dani's Transport Inc is seeking a full-time Dispatcher. The successful candidate will be friendly and comfortable in an office environment with excellent communication skills. This position requires a person that effectively multitasks and prioritizes work based on urgency, possesses attention to detail, and excels in a fast-paced office. EEO Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry related to material, quantity and billing details
- Communicate with drivers in detail jobsite direction and next job assignments
- Review daily log sheets, training paperwork, process time off requests and communications with drivers
- Learn and engage in Logistics operations in support of specific customers
- Experience in compiling data to maximize resources
- Extensive interaction with drivers, including but not limited to timely and courteous communication Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and communicate with the team when conflicts arise
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
