Job Description
Reservationist / Dispatcher D & D Executive Transportation Westland, MI Job Details Part-time | Full-time $14 - $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Sales Logistics Dispatching Schedule management Maintenance task scheduling Full Job Description Role 1: Part-Time Reservationist (The "Lead Converter")
Focus :
Revenue growth, client experience, and lead management. Ideal for : Someone with a background in sales, luxury hospitality, or travel planning.Job Brief:
We are looking for a Reservationist who understands that the first phone call is the beginning of a premium experience. You will be responsible for managing the "front door" of our business, ensuring every inquiry is handled with the "Transportality" mindset.Key Responsibilities :
Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and QuoteBot. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings within LimoAnywhere. Proactively follow up on quotes to maximize fleet utilization. Maintain client profiles to ensure personalized service for frequent travelers. The Goal :
Master the brand voice and software in-office, then transition to a remote "virtual concierge" role. Role 2: Part-Time Dispatcher (The "Air Traffic Controller")Focus :
Real-time operations, chauffeur support, and crisis management. Ideal for : Someone calm under pressure with high "geographical IQ" and logistics experience. Job Brief We are seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You are the invisible hand ensuring that every chauffeur is in position and every client is picked up on time, regardless of flight delays or traffic.Key Responsibilities :
Monitor the "live" board and assign chauffeurs via GNet and dispatch software. Act as the primary point of contact for chauffeurs in the field. Anticipate disruptions (weather, airport delays) and adjust the schedule proactively. Ensure all ride data is updated in real-time for accurate billing and reporting. The Goal :
Establish a "command center" workflow in-office that can eventually be managed with a laptop and a headset from anywhere. The Benefits of This Split Specialization:
Dispatchers are often "reactive" (solving current problems), while Reservationists are "proactive" (selling future business). Combining them often leads to one task suffering during peak hours.Redundancy:
If your Dispatcher is sick, your Reservationist likely knows enough of the software to cover the basics, and vice versa.Scalability:
It is much easier to turn two part-time roles into two full-time roles as the fleet grows than it is to find one "super-employee" who can do both simultaneously.Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
