Nighttime Dispatcher

Job Description Dan's Diesel Towing and Repair is looking to hire 2-3 reliable nighttime dispatchers to join our team in Alexandria, Minnesota. We are looking for dependable, organized people who can stay calm under pressure and keep our nighttime towing and service operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls for towing, service, and recovery requests Dispatch tow trucks and service units quickly and efficiently for customers, fleets and all streams of local law enforcement Coordinate roadside service calls and accident recoveries Perform data entry and maintain accurate service records Put away incoming parts and supplies Assist with parts inventory and stock organization Track job status updates and communicate with drivers and technicians Support office organization and other night-shift duties as needed Create invoices and collect payments Qualifications Strong phone and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry experience Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Towing, trucking, automotive, or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable night shift hours Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment Hands-on work in the towing and diesel repair industry Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Disability insurance How to Apply Apply through Indeed, contact Dan's Diesel Towing and Repair or call 320-248-0763 directly to learn more.
