Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full time HVAC service dispatcher who is highly organized with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service to our clients. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the operational effectiveness of our service delivery, acting as a crucial link between our clients and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently schedule and dispatch field service technicians to various client locations based on priority and proximity.
  • Monitor real-time job status and ensure timely updates and completion of service requests.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, confirm appointments, and manage expectations regarding service timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests, actions taken, and resolutions provided, documenting all interactions in the company system.
  • Collaborate with service managers to address any issues or delays in service delivery.
  • Continuously analyze routes and workloads to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist with troubleshooting client inquiries or complaints and escalate as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a dispatch or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency with dispatch software systems and standard office applications.
