We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented Dispatcher to help support our drivers, customers, and daily operations. What You'll Do Coordinate daily routes, pickups, deliveries, and service requests Communicate with drivers throughout the day to adjust routes and priorities in real time Use maps, GPS systems, dispatch software, and technology tools to optimize efficiency Respond quickly to changing customer needs and operational challenges Help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time Deliver elite customer service through strong communication and follow-through Support DOT-compliant scheduling and routing practices What We're Looking For Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to think quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using technology, mapping tools, and computer systems Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or operations experience is helpful but not required Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday schedule — No weekends Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Long-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Why Join TKI?
