Truck Dispatcher/Planner

Your Mission:

Oversee daily OTR operations, directing drivers, trailers, and freight with precision. Keep drivers supported, on-time, and safe while managing daily challenges. Resolve staffing issues, mediate conflicts, and maintain smooth operations under pressure. Collaborate across departments to plan routes, move freight efficiently, and handle customer concerns. Maintain accurate logs, track shipments, and troubleshoot delays before they impact the business. Negotiate backhaul rates, post equipment online, and ensure all dispatch tools and systems are used effectively. Support other dispatch functions as needed—flexibility and teamwork are key.

What You Bring:

1-2 years of experience in dispatch in the trucking industry. Solid knowledge of logistics, routing, and office software. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
