Job Description

HVAC Service Dispatcher Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with flexibility during peak seasons We are a growing, established HVAC company seeking a highly organized HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our office operations team. This role is critical to keeping daily service operations running efficiently by coordinating technician schedules, managing service routes, and ensuring timely communication between customers and field staff. As the central hub of daily service operations, you will help maximize technician productivity, maintain scheduling efficiency, and support exceptional customer experiences. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, and excels at problem-solving under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily technician dispatch schedules based on service calls, urgency, location, and technician skillset Monitor and adjust schedules throughout the day to maximize efficiency and respond to emergencies or changes Communicate real-time schedule updates with technicians and customers Ensure service calls are properly assigned, tracked, and completed efficiently Resolve scheduling conflicts, route changes, and urgent service needs quickly Maintain accurate service records, scheduling data, and dispatch documentation Support field productivity by proactively managing workflow and appointment timing Work closely with office staff and service teams to ensure seamless daily operations
What You Bring:
2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Experience with dispatch software, CRM platforms, or scheduling systems preferred Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset If you are highly organized, thrive under pressure, and enjoy coordinating moving parts to keep operations running smoothly, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values your impact.
