Taxi Dispatcher Now Hiring - Join zTrip, North America's Largest Taxi Transportation Provider zTrip is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Taxi Dispatcher to support daily operations and help ensure efficient, on-time service across our transportation network. In this role, you'll coordinate driver activity, monitor trips in real time, and act as a vital communication link between drivers, customers, and the operations team. Taxi Dispatcher:
As a Taxi Dispatcher, you will: Assign drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and availability Monitor active trips and quickly respond to delays, route changes, or service issues Communicate dispatch instructions, updates, and operational information to drivers Assist customers with inquiries and service concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate trip logs, dispatch records, and daily operational reports Work closely with operations and customer support teams to improve service efficiency What We're Looking for as a
Taxi Dispatcher:
